What are the Lissmac DTS stone saws?

The Lissmac DTS table saws are stone saws for wet cutting brick, poroton, sand-lime stone, concrete and natural stone. You place the material on the rolling table and push it under the diamond blade. A water spray system cools the blade and flushes away the slurry immediately. This lets you cut dust-free with low water consumption, in line with current safety regulations.

The range has five models. The DTS 402 is a light 84 kg saw for tiles and thin stones. The DTS 600 and DTS 700 cut thicker stones and concrete elements. The DTS 420 and DTS 1000 are the heavy models for large masonry blocks, with blades up to Ø 1000 mm and a cutting depth of up to 420 mm. All models have a welded steel frame and precise table guidance for straight cuts.

Who are the DTS saws for?

The DTS saws are made for bricklayers, shell construction contractors, tilers, natural stone companies and site equipment rental firms. The small models are easy to take to site, while the large models stand in a fixed place where many blocks are cut to size.

What do these specifications mean?

The blade diameter determines how deep you can cut: the larger the blade, the thicker the stone you can cut in one pass. Cutting length is the longest cut the table allows. The small DTS 402 runs on a normal 230 V socket, the other models need a site distribution box with 400 V.
