What is the SBH Hydralifter?

The SBH Hydralifter is a hydraulic extractor for safely and easily removing shoring plates and slide rails from the ground, including large and stuck elements. The built-in hydraulic cylinder delivers a pulling force of 50 tonnes (T50) or 100 tonnes (T100). As a result, even a small excavator pulls out the plates and rails with ease.

Both models are optimised for Oilquick, LikuFIX and other fully hydraulic quick couplers, and can also be powered by an external hydraulic unit. Thanks to the built-in rotary motor, the operator positions the Hydralifter very precisely. Everything is controlled from the excavator cab, so nobody has to stand in the danger zone. Note: you need an HEM beam to use it.

Who is the Hydralifter for?

The Hydralifter is made for contractors who work a lot with shoring and know how difficult removal can be in sticky soil or after a long time in the trench. It spares the excavator and the shoring, and increases safety on site.

Technical specifications of the Hydralifter

The key data of the Hydralifter, according to SBH:

  • T50: own weight 1,000 kg, pulling force 50,000 kg, lifting height 1,150 mm
  • T100: own weight 1,400 kg, pulling force 100,000 kg, lifting height 1,400 mm
  • Total height: 3,300 mm
  • Working pressure: max. 310 bar
  • Connection: Oilquick, LikuFIX or other fully hydraulic quick couplers, or external hydraulic unit
  • Required: HEM beam

What do these specifications mean?

The lifting capacity or pulling force determines which loads the equipment can handle safely. The clamping range or pipe diameter tells you which elements it fits. The own weight counts towards the load on the hook of your excavator or crane, so choose a model that suits your machine.

Benefits of the Hydralifter

The Hydralifter at a glance:

  • Huge pulling force: 50 or 100 t.
  • Even with a small excavator: the cylinder does the work.
  • Safe: fully operated from the cab.
  • Precise: built-in rotary motor.
  • Gentle on materials: fast removal without damage.

How much does a shoring extractor cost?

We do not publish prices online. Every request is handled personally, because the configuration, options and delivery differ from project to project. This way you receive a quotation that truly fits your work, for purchase or for rental.

What determines the price?

The price of a Hydralifter depends on the version, the connection to your excavator and transport. For rental, the duration of your project also plays a role.
