The Lissmac LMK 400 is a mini crane for masonry, made to place large sand-lime and concrete elements effortlessly. It lifts 400 kg on a 5 metre boom, and the telescopic tower gives a hook height of 4.5 to 6 metres. The crane was developed to the latest machinery and safety standards and is certified by TÜV.
In the TFE version, the LMK 400 has a travel drive and electro-hydraulic assembly and dismantling, so one person sets up the crane quickly and safely. The DK version adds an electric slewing and trolley drive and HBC radio control. Base frame, tower and boom are hot-dip galvanised, so they resist rust and tough site conditions. Two cranes fit together on a 7 metre loading platform.
Glue cranes are made for masonry companies and shell construction contractors who lay large sand-lime or concrete blocks with thin-bed mortar. With a glue crane, one person places heavy blocks quickly and accurately without lifting them by hand. This protects the bricklayer’s back and speeds up masonry considerably.
The key data of the LMK 400, according to the Lissmac brochure:
Lifting capacity determines which elements the crane can place; reach determines how far you can lay from one position. A compact machine moves easily across a floor slab, and its weight determines whether the floor can carry the crane.
With the LMK 400 you lay blocks faster and with less effort:
