With 4 m³ of concrete per cycle, the Fiori DB 460 is, according to Fiori, the best-selling self-loading concrete mixer on the market. It loads, doses and mixes by itself, and the double-cone drum with double mixing screw and convex bottom ensures a homogeneous mix in a short time. A pressure sensor on the drum monitors the data for the required slump. The drum rotates hydraulically 245° and can be raised, and with the rotating chute you pour all around.
With the optional CBV 2.0 system, the machine becomes a small concrete plant on wheels: an on-board computer with dosing system stores several recipes, guides the operator through the mix design, corrects the water according to the moisture of the aggregate and prints a report certifying the characteristics of the concrete.
