The ProAll P50 is a mobile, volumetric concrete plant. Instead of delivering ready-mixed concrete, the P50 carries sand, gravel, cement, water and admixtures separately in its own compartments. Only on site does a continuous mixer combine the right proportions, exactly when you pour. The concrete is always fresh and you only make what you need.
The P50 is the smallest model in ProAll’s range of mobile concrete plants. With a full load it produces up to 5.4 m³ of concrete, depending on the mix design. On the Commander 2.0 touchscreen you set the mix ratio and can make a different mix for each discharge: foundation concrete for one pour, another strength class for the next.
The P50 is built for contractors who often need small quantities of concrete, for landscapers and road builders, for concrete suppliers who want to make small deliveries profitable and for sites far from a batching plant. Because there is no leftover concrete to return, the P50 also suits anyone who wants to avoid waiting times and waste. If your demand for concrete grows, the same range includes larger models: the P75, the P85 and the P95, with the same working principle and control.

The 5.4 m³ capacity is what you can produce with one full load; the exact volume depends on the mix design and the cement-to-aggregate ratio. The bins determine how much raw material you carry. Because the P50 mixes continuously, you can stop and restart whenever you like, without concrete setting in a drum.
