The Nemaasko NK 1000 is a glue crane or block laying crane: a compact crane with which one person places sand-lime elements and glued blocks accurately on the wall. As standard, the crane lifts 325 kg, and with an optional upgrade kit 400 kg, enough for most elements.
The lifting height goes up to 10 metres. The telescopic boom extends to place elements in hard-to-reach places too. The operator controls the crane proportionally with a wireless remote, so they can walk around the element and carry out every movement smoothly and precisely. With its 10 metre lifting height, the NK 1000 is the choice for taller walls, and the high rope speed shortens assembly time.
Glue cranes are made for masonry companies and shell construction contractors who lay large sand-lime or concrete blocks with thin-bed mortar. With a glue crane, one person places heavy blocks quickly and accurately without lifting them by hand. This protects the bricklayer’s back and speeds up masonry considerably.
