The WG12 is an automatic stirrup bender made by the Spanish manufacturer TJK Serecon. It processes rebar straight from the coil into stirrups and cut-to-length bars, with wire diameters from Ø5 to Ø13 mm. Special feed rollers driven by electric servomotors pull the wire through the machine precisely and evenly.
A stirrup bender straightens the wire, bends it into the required shape and cuts it off in one continuous process. That makes the WG12 a strong fit for rebar processing plants and precast companies that produce stirrups for beams, columns and foundations every day. The working plane can be adjusted between 90° and 135°, so both small and large stirrups and pieces with varied shapes are possible.
If you often work with thicker wire up to Ø16 mm, take a look at the WG16. If your stirrups need to be bent in several planes, in 3 dimensions, the WG 3D 16 is the logical choice.
The WG12 is made for companies that process large numbers of stirrups and bent bars every day, such as rebar processing plants, rebar fixing companies and precast manufacturers. Stirrups form the transverse reinforcement of beams, columns and ground beams and appear in almost every concrete project. Because the machine works straight from the coil, no separate cutting or straightening step is needed and offcut waste stays low. That makes a stirrup bender worthwhile as soon as volumes become too large for manual bending.
The WG12 processes single wire from Ø5 to Ø13 mm and double wire from Ø5 to Ø10 mm. The maximum pulling speed is 130 m/min and the bending speed reaches 1200°/sec, with a maximum bending angle of 180° in both directions. Stirrups can have a diagonal of up to 2300 mm, and average consumption is around 6 kWh. You will find all values in the Technical specifications table on this page.
Single wire is the diameter the machine processes at a time; with double wire two wires are bent simultaneously, which increases output at smaller diameters. The pulling speed determines how fast the wire runs through the machine, the bending speed how fast a bend is formed. Together they determine output per hour. The maximum diagonal indicates how large a stirrup can be, and average consumption helps estimate energy costs.
The WG12 combines speed and precision in one machine:
We do not publish prices online. Every request is handled personally, because the configuration, options and delivery of the WG12 stirrup bender differ from project to project. This way you receive a quotation that truly fits your production.
The price of the WG12 stirrup bender depends among other things on the chosen version, the options and software, transport to your site and lead time. How the machine fits into your existing production also plays a role. That is why we assess every request individually and prepare a quotation that fits your production and planning.
