The GWC is a TJK Serecon mesh welding machine for producing welded reinforcement mesh. The line comes in GWC 2400, 2800 and 3300 versions and welds mesh from wire of Ø5 to Ø12 mm, with a panel width of up to 3300 mm.
A mesh welding machine lays longitudinal and transverse wires at a fixed spacing and welds them together at every intersection. The GWC does this at up to 100 cycles per minute, controlled by a high-performance PLC. Transformer, electrodes and SCR are cooled, and electrode tips in rare-earth copper alloy deliver high-quality welds with minimal sparking.
With more than 500 machines sold worldwide, the GWC is a proven concept. If you then want to bend the mesh, take a look at the MB 3000 and MB 6000 mesh bending machines.
The GWC is made for mesh producers, rebar plants and precast companies that produce made-to-measure mesh for floors, walls and foundations. Whereas standard stock mesh comes in fixed sizes, your own mesh welding machine makes mesh with the wire diameters and spacings your project requires. That reduces cutting waste and overlaps on site. A mesh welding machine is a logical step for anyone processing large volumes of mesh.
The GWC makes mesh up to 3300 mm wide and from 3.0 to 6.0 m long. Spacing between longitudinal bars is at least 100 mm, between transverse bars at least 50 mm. Longitudinal and transverse wire range from Ø5 to Ø12 mm, and working speed goes up to 100 cycles per minute. All values are in the Technical specifications table on this page.
Panel width and mesh length determine how large a mesh can be. The spacing between longitudinal and transverse bars is the mesh size, which follows from the floor or wall design. The wire diameter determines the strength of the mesh, and the working speed in cycles per minute how many weld rows the machine makes per minute. Together, these values determine the line’s output.

We do not publish prices online. Every request is handled personally, because the configuration, options and delivery of the GWC mesh welding machine differ from project to project. This way you receive a quotation that truly fits your production.
The price of the GWC mesh welding machine depends among other things on the chosen version, the options and software, transport to your site and lead time. How the machine fits into your existing production also plays a role. That is why we assess every request individually and prepare a quotation that fits your production and planning.
