Pipe laying hooks and chain slings lift concrete pipes from the inside, so you lay them in the trench with an excavator without slings around the pipe. Wimag has three types. The RHK is a simple, robust hook that lifts standard concrete pipes by the socket edge. The RHSV has a locking mechanism that closes automatically under load, for extra safety.
The ROG pipe chain sling distributes the load so that transporting pipes becomes up to about 50% lighter, and the patented construction makes laying simple and safe. All models are CE certified. On request, the hooks come with wear-resistant edge protection, which reduces the hook opening by about 15 mm.
Pipe hooks and chain slings are made for sewer contractors and groundworkers laying concrete pipes. The RHK is an economical choice for daily use, the RHSV for sites where extra safety or limited visibility matter, and the ROG for those who lay many heavy pipes.
The key data of the pipe laying hook, according to Wimag:
The lifting capacity or pulling force determines which loads the equipment can handle safely. The clamping range or pipe diameter tells you which elements it fits. The own weight counts towards the load on the hook of your excavator or crane, so choose a model that suits your machine.

We do not publish prices online. Every request is handled personally, because the configuration, options and delivery differ from project to project. This way you receive a quotation that truly fits your work.
The price of a pipe laying hook depends on the version, the connection to your excavator and transport. For rental, the duration of your project also plays a role.
