Stirrup welding machine 1500 mm – Solution Weld – up to 60% shorter process time

The Solution Weld stirrup welding machine from TJK Serecon assembles pre-cages automatically: stirrups up to 1500 × 1500 mm are perfectly positioned and welded. With three welding heads working simultaneously, process time drops by up to 60% according to the manufacturer.

What is the Solution Weld stirrup welding machine?

The Solution Weld is a TJK Serecon stirrup welding machine for the automated assembly of pre-cages. It positions the stirrups perfectly on the longitudinal wires and welds them in place, giving the structure the rigidity and consistency needed for the final reinforcement.

Three welding heads work simultaneously, automatic clamps hold the longitudinal wire and an optical reader loads the elements automatically. Everything is controlled from a central control panel, and the machine communicates with external software to fit into existing production lines. According to the manufacturer, this cuts process time by up to 60%.

For producing round pile cages, take a look at our cage machines, such as the HLZ 1500.

Who is the Solution Weld for?

The Solution Weld is intended for rebar plants and precast companies that produce pre-cages for beams, columns or precast elements in series. Welding the stirrups instead of tying them creates a rigid structure that can be moved and placed in the formwork without deforming. Automatic loading and the link with external software make the machine suitable for production based on digital drawings. This shifts work from the construction site to a controlled production environment.

Technical specifications of the Solution Weld

The Solution Weld handles stirrups from 150 × 150 mm to 1500 × 1500 mm, with a stirrup diameter of Ø6 to Ø16 mm and a pre-cage length of up to 12000 mm. It uses resistance welding and has an average consumption of 8 kWh. You will find all values in the Technical specifications table on this page.

What do these specifications mean?

The minimum and maximum stirrup size determine which cross-sections the machine can assemble, from small columns to large beams. The stirrup diameter indicates which wire can be used for the stirrups, and the pre-cage length how long an element can be. Resistance welding joins stirrup and longitudinal wire without filler material. Average consumption helps estimate energy costs per element.

Benefits of the Solution Weld stirrup welding machine

The Solution Weld speeds up pre-cage production:

  • Up to 60% shorter process time: according to the manufacturer.
  • Three welding heads: for simultaneous operations.
  • Precise control: of all welding parameters.
  • Closed-circuit cooling system: for greater reliability.
  • Automatic loading: via an optical reader.
  • Integration: compatible with external software.

How much does the Solution Weld stirrup welding machine cost?

We do not publish prices online. Every request is handled personally, because the configuration, options and delivery of the Solution Weld stirrup welding machine differ from project to project. This way you receive a quotation that truly fits your production.

What determines the price?

The price of the Solution Weld stirrup welding machine depends among other things on the chosen version, the options and software, transport to your site and lead time. How the machine fits into your existing production also plays a role. That is why we assess every request individually and prepare a quotation that fits your production and planning.
