The Sennebogen 683R is a telescopic crawler crane with a lifting capacity of 80 tonnes. With its 42 metre main boom, the 683R is built for assembly and lifting work at great height and distance.
The main boom extends to 42 metres, and with a fly jib you reach 57 metres. A 7.2-tonne auxiliary jib and a 28.5-tonne heavy-duty jib make it even more versatile. The telescopic crawler undercarriage gives the crane stability on uneven ground and enables Pick & Carry: the crane picks up the load and drives it to its position. The crane assembles itself, so no assist crane is needed.
Sennebogen telescopic cranes are made for contractors in civil engineering, bridge building and road construction, for precast builders, steel erectors and industrial assembly companies. Because they can also move loads with Pick & Carry, they replace a combination of mobile crane and telehandler on many sites. Rental companies choose them for their manoeuvrability and quick set-up.

The maximum lifting capacity applies at short radius. The further the boom extends, the lower the load the crane can lift safely, as shown in the load chart. With Pick & Carry, the crane moves a load while travelling. The telescopic boom also extends under load, so you can adjust its length while the load is on the hook.
