The MC 3000 is a high-performance mesh shear from TJK Serecon, designed to cut electro-welded reinforcement mesh to size precisely and efficiently. It is built for demanding industrial applications and handles panels up to 3 metres wide.
A mesh shear cuts welded mesh across its full width in one movement, so you can quickly bring stock mesh or your own production to the required size. The robust design and modern technology of the MC 3000 ensure safe, reliable operation with minimal manual intervention. The machine reaches up to 10 cycles per minute.
You produce the mesh itself with the GWC mesh welding machine, and for bending mesh there are the MB 3000 and MB 6000 mesh bending machines.
The MC 3000 is intended for mesh producers, rebar plants and precast companies that cut welded mesh to size for floors, walls or precast elements. Cutting mesh to size in-house means fewer different mesh sizes in stock and less waste on site. A mesh shear therefore fits seamlessly between a mesh welding machine and a mesh bending machine, as the link between production and further processing.
The MC 3000 has a panel width of 3.0 m and cuts wire from Ø5 to Ø12 mm. One work cycle takes about 6 seconds, which amounts to up to 10 cycles per minute. Installed power is 7.5 kW. You will find all values in the Technical specifications table on this page.
