The Fiori DB 560T is a concrete mixer on a fully off-road chassis with four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering and an oscillating front axle. Unlike the self-loading DB models, it has no loading shovel: it transports concrete from a plant to the site, over mud, sand and slopes where a classic truck mixer cannot go. The drum has a useful capacity of 5.5 m³ and rotates at an electronically controlled constant speed, so the concrete does not segregate on the way.
With the optional CBV 2.0 system, the machine becomes a small concrete plant on wheels: an on-board computer with dosing system stores several recipes, guides the operator through the mix design, corrects the water according to the moisture of the aggregate and prints a report certifying the characteristics of the concrete.
The DB 560T is made for concrete plants and contractors who need to deliver concrete to rough, temporary or hard-to-reach sites, such as wind farms, farms, mountain and forest areas and large infrastructure sites.

The useful drum capacity is the volume of class S1 concrete you carry per trip; the geometric volume is higher. The load capacity tells you how much the machine may carry, and the travel speed how quickly you shuttle between the plant and the site. Constant drum rotation keeps the concrete homogeneous on the way.
