With the 3ablock Coastline concrete mould, you cast concrete blocks specifically designed to redirect the force of waves back in the opposite direction. The blocks protect banks, quays and coastlines against erosion. The mould was originally developed for a shoreline reinforcement project in Brazil.
The blocks measure 160 x 80 x 80 cm and are stacked like the other 3ablock blocks. If your project needs a different shape, 3ablock can also develop a custom solution. Like all 3ablock moulds, it is made of steel in a European factory for intensive use: with frequent use, a mould lasts at least 10 years.

The size of the mould determines the size and weight of the block. A 160 x 80 x 80 cm block weighs about 2.4 tonnes, so plan for a telehandler or crane with sufficient lifting capacity. The weight of the mould itself counts when you move or tilt it. If you combine different shapes of the same size, the blocks fit together perfectly.
