With the 3ablock concrete slab mould, you cast large, flat concrete slabs, for example road plates for site roads and temporary paving, or slabs for storage areas, farms and industrial sites. The slabs are reusable: you lay them, lift them again and use them on the next site.
The mould comes in 200 x 200 cm, in thicknesses of 14, 16, 20 and 25 cm, and also in 200 x 150, 200 x 100 and 100 x 100 cm. The inner profiles for the slab edges are available per 50 pieces. Like all 3ablock moulds, it is made of steel in a European factory for intensive use: with frequent use, a mould lasts at least 10 years.
The slab mould is made for precast companies and ready-mix plants that want to produce road plates, and for contractors and rental companies that want to make their own slabs for site roads and temporary paving.

The thickness of the slab determines its bearing capacity and weight: a 200 x 200 x 16 cm slab has a volume of 0.64 m³ and weighs about 1.5 tonnes. Choose the thickness according to the traffic that will drive over it, and plan for a crane or telehandler with enough lifting capacity to lay the slabs.
