With the 3ablock foundation mould, you cast solid concrete foundation blocks as a base for posts, columns, road signs, fences, canopies and industrial structures. By casting the blocks in advance, you no longer need formwork on site or wait for the concrete to cure: you place the base and carry on working straight away.
The mould comes in four sizes: 120 x 120 x 120 cm, 130 x 130 x 150 cm, 120 x 75 x 120 cm and 60 x 60 x 120 cm. Like all 3ablock moulds, it is made of steel in a European factory for intensive use: with frequent use, a mould lasts at least 10 years.
The foundation mould is made for precast companies and ready-mix plants that want to offer foundation blocks, and for contractors, signage and fencing companies that often install separate foundations.
The key data of the foundation mould, according to 3ablock:
The size of the mould determines the size and weight of the block. A 160 x 80 x 80 cm block weighs about 2.4 tonnes, so plan for a telehandler or crane with sufficient lifting capacity. The weight of the mould itself counts when you move or tilt it. If you combine different shapes of the same size, the blocks fit together perfectly.

We do not publish prices online. Every request is handled personally, because the configuration, options and delivery differ from project to project. This way you receive a quotation that truly fits your work.
The price of a foundation mould depends on the size, the number of moulds and the accessories, such as lifting anchors, dividers or a turning beam. Transport and lead time also play a role. We are happy to advise which combination best suits your production.
