The Simpedil ST16 is a stirrup bending machine for bending stirrups, angles and other shapes from rebar. With up to 21 operations per minute, it is one of the fastest in its class. You bend smaller diameters with several bars at once: up to 10 bars of Ø 4 mm. A stirrup length measurer ensures precise dimensions.
Like all Simpedil machines, the housing is a single monoblock of spheroidal cast iron, without welds, and the gears are made of case-hardened steel. This gives a long service life and little maintenance. The machine comes in a single-phase and a three-phase version, so it can be used anywhere. With the optional stirrup bending tool you bend up to three bars at once up to 180°.
The ST16 is made for rebar fixers, shell construction contractors and precast companies that make their own stirrups and small reinforcement, on site or in a workshop with limited space.

Capacity depends on the strength of the steel: at 65 kg/mm² the machine processes thicker bars than at 85 kg/mm². The notation x2 or x3 means you cut or bend 2 or 3 bars at once, at a smaller diameter. The number of operations per minute determines how fast you produce.
