The Simpedil TP series combines a cutting machine and a bending machine in one unit. You cut and bend rebar on the same machine, saving space and investment on sites and in smaller workshops. The TP 40/46 has a large Ø 460 mm rotating plate with bushes up to Ø 260 mm, for large bending radii without extra equipment.
Like all Simpedil machines, the housing is a single monoblock of spheroidal cast iron, without welds, and the gears are made of case-hardened steel. This gives a long service life and little maintenance. Options include a control panel to program up to 20 bending angles, a two-speed motor, a device for spirals and hoops up to Ø 16 mm and the Unique 2 in 1 to bend several stirrups at once.
The combined machines are made for small to medium sites with limited space, for shell construction and foundation contractors who make their own reinforcement, and for precast companies and smaller steel workshops.

Capacity depends on the strength of the steel: at 65 kg/mm² the machine processes thicker bars than at 85 kg/mm². The notation x2 or x3 means you cut or bend 2 or 3 bars at once, at a smaller diameter. The number of operations per minute determines how fast you produce.
