The Simpedil CAL35 is a spiral bending machine: it bends rebar into spirals, hoops and arcs, for example for the reinforcement of foundation piles and round columns. The machine processes bars from Ø 6 to Ø 32 mm, even at a higher steel strength of 85 kg/mm². This keeps you flexible on site or in the workshop.
Like all Simpedil machines, the housing is a single monoblock of spheroidal cast iron, without welds, and the gears are made of case-hardened steel. This gives a long service life and little maintenance. You choose between a single-speed version for standard applications and a two-speed version for those who need more control or higher output. Both have the same dimensions and capacity.
